Located in Athens, The Roosters was set up with a focus on the drinks rather than the design. Following a minimal design approach, while focusing on slow coffee culture and hand-brewing methods, the coffee shop and laboratory encourages visitors to enjoy what really matters: a real coffee brewing and tasting experience. “There is no better way to start your day than the feeling you get when you drink a good cup of coffee” is the phrase that inspired the creation of The Roosters. “For us, the process of creating a great cup of coffee has a lot in common with the process of creating human relationships. It needs patience, honesty, and a lot of work”, says the team. Having dedicated years of research to traveling and experimentation for the art of coffee, the team chooses only green coffee of high quality, brewing fresh coffee every day.
