Taking its name from a famous, funny quote of a 60s Greek movie, Suzi Tros is an Aegean-inspired bistro and bar, created by the team behind the well-established Mazi in Notting Hill, London. Featuring a menu focused on seasonal, top-quality ingredients from sustainable sources, the bistro was made with an aim to reassert and enhance the original Greek culinary tradition, while adding a modern twist. Designed to reflect the authentic food and drinks it serves, the dining room subtly combines a traditional Greek island vibe with a touch of French elegance. A natural color palette, timber ceiling beams, and decorative floor tiling echo the folkloric interiors of age-old Greek restaurants while the sumptuous leather banquettes, elegant bentwood chairs, and brass light fittings imbue the space with a chic Aegean ambiance.
Owners and visionaries Christina Mouratoglou and Adrien Carre, along with multi-awarded chef Vasilis Mouratidis have worked to create an inspiring culinary world where the Greek spirit meets contemporary tastes that allow guests to immerse in a totally interactive and memorable experience. Raw options such as Prawn Tartare and Sea Urchin are prepared in front of guests while dishes like Whole Grilled Calamari are cooked on the open charcoal grill behind the kitchen counter. All dishes reflect the gastronomic habits of the whole country from the Aegean island, to the Peloponnese and Northern Greece, carefully combined with a modern, Greek-inspired wine and cocktail list.
