Bistro café, located in Argyroupolis -one of the most historic areas of Crete- is inspired by the love and passion of its owners for specialty coffee. The main aim is to deliver a unique coffee experience with the team being involved in every production step. Bistro pays tribute to the fascinating process of specialty coffee by roasting coffee on-site in Chania in collaboration with Kross Coffee Roasters while offering a variety of coffee extraction methods. A carefully curated selection of products on sale completes a holistic experience of discovery and pleasure. The interior design is inspired by the traditional interaction of small-town style Kafeneia, resulting in a daily meeting point for the community.
