YSSO handsculpted jewelry brand based in London & Athens

Launched in 2019, YSSO is a London and Athens-based jewelry label conceived by mom-and-daughter creative duo Alexia and Stalo Karides. Their shared vision comes alive through a contemporary jewelry brand, that carries more than 30 years of jewelry-making experience. Τimeless Greek-inspired designs, history, and creativity merge seamlessly with Stalo’s extensive archaeological work, inspiration, and expertise in handmade jewelry. Alexia, the Creative Director of the brand, is constantly inspired by women across all paths, disciplines, and ages. Finding the motivation to move from a corporate career to a creative one, she hopes YSSO acts as an inspiration point for others to pursue their passions. From the city life of London to the timeless Greekness of its birthplace, YSSO lives and grows in between a multicultural world. All YSSO creations are designed by a hand-sculpting technique from Stalo and Alexia and are produced by skilled Greek artisans in small workshops in Athens.
