Founded by Mihalis Ignatiadis and Joanne Low in 2019, Lefko highlights the artisan´s work through a contemporary prism. Timelessness, craftsmanship and Greek tradition are the main elements behind the pieces made across Athens in Greek-owned ateliers. LEFKO is a love letter from Singapore to Greece – the brainchild of a supply chain consultant and an industrial designer. Color is added to their traditionally white pieces with plants by Christiana Vardakou Studio and their sandals made by Panos and Haris of Savopoulos Athens. Greek silk from Soufli and Belgian linen from Libeco complete a collection that unveils references to the slow process of craftsmanship, detail and precision.
