Timeless pieces created from original heirlooms that belong to the designer Danai Giannelli’s family for many generations now.A “Constantinato” byzantine coin, dated in 1143-1180 A.C, with the front side presenting Emperor Manuel 1st Comnenus and the other side, the bust of Jesus Christ.“Dimitra” ring and necklace are created from a heirloom ring with a concave emboss that has its roots in the Minoan Civilization, presenting the “Prince of the Lilies”, one of the most important wall paintings of Knossos palace (circa 1550BC). “Amulet” necklace is created from an original Commemorative Amulet of the 19th Century. It has different embossed designs on its two sides, showing the Birth and Baptism of Jesus Christ with exquisite details. Six white diamonds 1mm bejewel the upper part of the pendant and its spiral, fine chain adds a vintage note to this timeless piece. Their historical value and exquisite craftsmanship, with respect to every detail of the originals, make them pieces to be deeply appreciated and admired, like a piece of art and an investment asset that will pass down through generations and mark personal moments.
