Ella Mittas
Ella Mittas is a cook, food writer, and event curator based in Melbourne. She has trained under renowned chefs Brigitte Hafner, Annie Smithers, and Ismail Tosun, with further experience at London’s acclaimed NOPI. Her work has been featured in The Design Files, Broadsheet, and The Saturday Paper. Her self-titled project, Ela, reflects both her name and the Greek word “έλα,” meaning “come”—an invitation that perfectly embodies her approach to food and community.
