Alexandra Mitsiou
Alexandra Mitsiou is trained as a Biologist with a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management. She extended her studies to the science of cooking, gaining experience through training in various professional kitchens in the Netherlands and has worked as a food stylist for international food brands in Europe. After years of working in the mainstream food industry, the message that kept coming was clear. It was about time that she combines her passion for pure, local, seasonal and authentic food with her sacred and special connection to the Earth into something with a deep essence that will help people connect back to pure foods and their bodies. She is also a certified tantra teacher for women that allows her to work in depth with the senses and food.
