Nestled in Thisio, Nileos House, a revamped 70’s apartment building, offers eight modern apartments, each a tribute to Athenian living from the 1970s. The interior design carefully marries the past with the present, featuring mosaics, wooden floors and marble sinks seamlessly integrated into a fresh, contemporary layout. This harmonious fusion of old and new creates a visual narrative that speaks of the building’s rich history while embracing the demands of modern living. Preserving the essence of the era, the architect introduced organic shapes and curves, providing a fluid contrast to modern geometries. The color palette, echoing the 70s, unifies the spaces, creating a captivating visual journey. Each apartment comprises a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a bright bathroom. Residents can enjoy access to a tranquil courtyard or a balcony with views of Thisio’s charm. Nileos House is a timeless celebration of Athenian urban living, blending history with contemporary comfort.
