This corner flat is located on Nikis Avenue, the seafront of Thessaloniki, with view not only to the sea but also the street and the promenade. The housing needs were a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, a guest room, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a small storage space.
The rectangular and triangular outline of the apartment led to a matching layout of the interior. The main spaces of the living room, the kitchen and the dining room are facing to the front part of the apartment, while the master bedroom views on the living room and through that, overviewing to the street and the sea. The kitchen is a rectangle construction with a large surface, which serves as a worktop and a dining space, on the same level with the counter. The access to the room is through the metal library of the living room, as the double sliding door is incorporated on the library setting. Wood paneling has been applied on the rooms’ walls while the walk-in closet and wc doors are also part of it.
