Nestled within a historically significant building dating back to 1964, the 145 sqm apartment was transformed by 4k Architects and Studio Taf into a contemporary living space. Originally conceived by the visionary architect Emmanuel Vourekas, known for his iconic works such as the Hilton Hotel and Megaron Athens, the building holds a prominent place in architectural history. Situated in the heart of Kolonaki, the apartment offers northeast views of the Hilton Hotel and Evangelismos Park, drawing inspiration from the building’s essence. With a nod to the past and an eye on modernity, the architects have chosen to remove subdivisions, creating an open-plan haven with a kitchen. Natural light, cross-ventilation, and adaptable layouts cater to every need. Comprising a living room, two en-suite bedrooms, guest WC, and storage, the apartment exudes functional elegance. Oak floors and walnut wood furniture harmonize, elevating both aesthetics and practicality.
