The architectural study is about a five-star Hotel Complex, located in Kokkino Chorio, Apokoronas, Chania.
The complex includes ten suites with Jacuzzi and private pool, ten rooms with Jacuzzi, restaurant, roof garden, Spa Therapy Center, outdoor pool with bar, shops, and outdoor parking. The architectural synthesis of this hotel was inspired by the rocky land slopes, the numerous caves and the virgin landscape.
Here, the architectural designs meet their identity in the caves’ geomorphology. The “carved” earth acts as an art director, creating a unique village experience. The hotel is designed amphitheatrically, with the private areas visually separated from the common ones. The private rooms are located on the higher levels, providing unobstructed view. The common areas are located on the lower levels, providing functionality.
The study was conducted by Parti Architecture within the framework of their partnership with Broosco real estate.
