This season, Michelin-starred Italian chefs Cristian Stradaioli and Andrea Andrea Borroni create interesting menus using the freshest produce from the gardens, alongside top-quality local seafood and meats prepared on open flames in an outdoor kitchen. éla!’s wine cellar features natural wines from small, independent producers across Europe and Georgia. For the past four years, éla! has diligently cultivated its land, converting degraded soil into a flourishing organic farm through sustainable and regenerative practices.
